Hi there! My name is Kerry Pakula and I created KPI Marketing LLC after a 20 year marketing career in beauty, fashion, health and home. I’m a results driven marketing strategist with demonstrated strength in high-growth brands. My expertise is delivering B2C, B2B and D2C marketing strategies for accelerated business growth, brand transformation and data driven commerce. I started KPI Marketing LLC for small businesses that need digital marketing support.

As former vice president of marketing for the National Retail Federation (NRF), I was instrumental in establishing NRF as the leading voice of the retail industry. As the world’s largest retail trade association, NRF represents the industry that powers the U.S economy, contributing $2.6 trillion to annual GDP and supporting one in four U.S. jobs. During my tenure at NRF, I was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies that strengthened the entire NRF brand portfolio. My success included record breaking attendance for all NRF events including the acquisition of over 40k attendees and $14.2M in e-commerce registration revenue (25% increase) for the retail industry’s largest global conference and expo. The entire customer experience and perception of NRF was improved, nearly doubling NPS scores in just 3 years.

Prior to NRF, I led the $200M integrated marketing strategy for Ashley HomeStores, the global retail and ecommerce division of Ashley furniture. With nearly 1,000 corporate and licensee stores and sales in excess of $4B, Ashley is the #1 retailer of furniture in North America and the #1 furniture manufacturer in the world.

I also served as the vice president of marketing for health industry disruptor, MyEyeDr. By leading the marketing strategy for aggressive acquisition, new market expansion and comparable store growth, we were able to launch the company to its status as a top 10 optical retailer.

Early in my career, I spearheaded the brand evolution and ultimately the transformation of Hair Cutery, the largest privately held salon chain in the United States. Through data-driven insights and marketing innovation, my team propelled the company’s growth from 600 locations to nearly 1,000 during my tenure.  Accomplishments include many firsts for Hair Cuttery, including international expansion and the launch of an exclusive luxury haircare line, Cibu

Pakula graduated cum laude with a business degree from The George Washington University and took first place in the American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) National Student Advertising Competition – the “Big Game” of the advertising world. Her inspiration to study marketing and advertising came from Angela Bower in the 1980’s television sitcom Who’s the Boss?
